YOUR BLUE FIN JOURNEY STARTS HERE
A simple start to confident swimming.
Create your family profile, let us help with the right level, then choose a class that works for you.
- THREE STEPS TO GET STARTED
From enquiry to the pool.
You do not need to know your child’s level before beginning. That is where our team can help.
01 · REGISTER
Create a family profile
Register in the Blue Fin Client Portal and add the details for the swimmer you would like to enrol.
02 · CONNECT
Tell us about your swimmer
Email Maidie or send an enquiry with their age, experience and water confidence so we can help assign the appropriate level.
03 · BOOK
Find an available class
Once the level is confirmed, explore current vacancies and choose a class time that suits your family.
- PREPARE AT YOUR OWN PACE
A confident start begins before the first lesson.
Our downloadable resources help families understand Blue Fin and give children a gentle preview of what their swimming day will look like.
Swimming Social Story
A child-friendly visual guide to arriving, listening, learning and finishing a lesson.
- YOUR BLUE FIN CLIENT PORTAL
Classes and family details in one place.
The portal is where new families register and existing families manage their Blue Fin account, swimmers and class activity.
- YOUR FIRST LESSON
Come prepared. We’ll take care of the welcome.
A little preparation helps the first visit feel familiar, calm and enjoyable.
What to bring
Bring bathers, towels, warm clothes for afterwards and goggles for independent swimmers. Parent-and-child classes also need a waterproof swim nappy.
When you arrive
Check in at reception. A team member will show you around the venue and introduce your child to their swimming teacher.
Parking and access
Eight parking spaces are available on site, with street parking on Rocklea Drive. The centre includes accessible toilets and ramp access to the pool deck.
