How often should swimmers train?
Swimmers may attend up to five sessions depending on age, ability and squad level. A minimum of two sessions per week is recommended for consistency and progress.
- TRAIN WITH PURPOSE
Consistency creates confidence.
Regular attendance gives swimmers time to improve endurance, refine technique and practise turns, starts, finishes and reading the clock for time cycles.
Blue Fin is a competitive squad, but competition is approached as a positive next step—not a source of pressure.
- LIFE IN THE CLUB
Training, achievement and team spirit.
Progress looks different for every swimmer—and it is always better when it is shared.
