Michelle founded Blue Fin in 1980. Today, she and her daughter Maidie continue to shape the program together—bringing decades of knowledge and a shared belief that confidence comes before everything else.
Management isn’t hidden away in an office. At Blue Fin, the people responsible for the program remain actively involved on pool deck, supporting swimmers, families and teachers.
