2. New Enrolment
A new enrolment form must be completed and signed to acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions of the Blue Fin Swim School, before the first swimming lesson.
We do not hold places or accept part payments. Full payment is required to secure your child’s (children’s) enrolment.
You will be contacted if Blue Fin requires an assessment to determine your child’s (children’s) level before scheduling the first lesson.
3. Re-enrolment process
Current clients will automatically be enrolled for the next term/semester, you will be issued with an Invoice via email or through your online portal; or you can ask Reception at Blue Fin for a hard copy of your Invoice.
To confirm your re-enrolment please pay your invoice before the Due Date.
If your Invoice has not been paid, Blue Fin will assume that you have forfeited your place and it will become available to clients on waiting lists.
If you do not wish to re-enroll for the following term/semester please notify Blue Fin’s administration staff.
Lessons are not transferable to other people or family.

If payments are rejected, Blue Fin will notify you and an alternative payment must be made immediately.
